We're looking for a Senior Manager - Client Servicing to lead key client relationships and deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Expert. The Client Servicing Expert will manage a team to carry out day-to-day client interactions, ensuring all projects are running as per schedule and brief. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for top clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction
  • Lead end-to-end client servicing — from brief to flawless event delivery
  • Collaborate with internal creative, production, and tech teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery
  • Mentor and guide a client servicing team to perform at their best
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts through upselling & cross-selling

What we are looking for:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in client servicing (events, conferences, experiential marketing, media, or advertising)
  • Proven success managing large-scale clients/ projects independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, multitasking & problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of event production processes, budgets, and timelines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during event schedules
  • MBA is a plus, but not mandatory

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Finance-related skills for handling documentation and client financial queries
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the events or marketing industry is a must
