About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Commercial Vertical team in Hyderabad, focusing on Sales and Business Development activities for Johnson Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales growth and meeting annual targets set by the organization.
  2. Carrying out Business Development & Sales Activities in the region.
  3. Maintaining relationships with end-users, consultants, and existing large key accounts.
  4. Conducting technical presentations to clients based on customer requirements.
  5. Performing preliminary site surveys and creating Bills of Quantities.
  6. Having a sound understanding of HVAC and BMS products and security solutions.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. 08-12 years of experience in Solutions/Project Sales in IBMS and/or Electronic Security Systems/Fire Detection & Suppression Industry.
  3. Knowledge of Building Management Systems is an added advantage.
  4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  5. A proven track record of winning IBMS/security projects.
  6. Strong domain knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Detection, and Security systems.
  7. Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
