Business Development Manager for Commercial Vertical

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Commercial Vertical team in Hyderabad, focusing on Sales and Business Development activities for Johnson Controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales growth and meeting annual targets set by the organization.
- Carrying out Business Development & Sales Activities in the region.
- Maintaining relationships with end-users, consultants, and existing large key accounts.
- Conducting technical presentations to clients based on customer requirements.
- Performing preliminary site surveys and creating Bills of Quantities.
- Having a sound understanding of HVAC and BMS products and security solutions.

Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 08-12 years of experience in Solutions/Project Sales in IBMS and/or Electronic Security Systems/Fire Detection & Suppression Industry.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- A proven track record of winning IBMS/security projects.
- Strong domain knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Detection, and Security systems.
- Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
