Commercialization and Partnerships Manager

AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD is seeking a highly skilled Commercialization and Partnerships Manager to join its team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in the pharmaceutical industry.
Estimated Salary: ₹35,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum
This position reports directly to the respective Regional Head and is responsible for driving business growth across assigned regions. Key responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships with distributors and clients, and improving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to identify, acquire, and manage new business opportunities across assigned regions.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential B2B clients and distributors to maximize commercialization of registered products.
- End-to-end management of partners from agreement signing to product delivery and payment realization.
- Analyze MIS, EXIM data, and IMS data for assigned regions to provide insights and strategic action plans.
- Facilitate out-licensing of Aurobindo products with potential companies across all countries in the assigned region.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development with renowned pharmaceutical companies in emerging markets.
- Exposure to regulatory functioning in emerging markets.
- Experience in handling legal agreements.
- Prior experience in managing and negotiating contracts.
