Business Development Manager for Mid-Market Clients

The DBS Bank is committed to providing its customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, and foreign exchange.
As a Business Development Manager for Mid-Market Clients at DBS Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new-to-bank customers to scale our liabilities portfolio. This involves actively sourcing prospects via cold calling, personal networks, and partners/channels' networks, driving liabilities sales through NTB acquisition of liabilities clients for operating accounts, term deposits, and other transaction banking products in line with the targets set out.
You will also be expected to keep yourself updated on various offerings available in the network, organize marketing activities to generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with clients to win their business, confidence, and trust.
To succeed in this role, you will need good understanding of the sales process, preferably through prior sales experience of 2-3 years, and prior liabilities, cash management, trade, and foreign exchange selling experience is desirable.
A graduate or equivalent degree with experience/understanding of banking and sales, computer proficiency (acquaintance with internet and MS Office) with relevant experience of selling in banking/NBFC financial products is required.
Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
