Job Overview
This full-time position is located in multiple cities across India, including Mumbai, Pune, Panaji, Hyderabad, and Surat. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales and expanding our market presence in the building material segment.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of tiles and interior products.
- Proven sales experience in the building material industry.
- Familiarity with various materials such as granite, wood veneer, aluminium formwork, glass, UPVC, and plywood.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships within the building material market.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide consistent follow-ups and excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
