As a homegrown newspaper in Mumbai, we have established ourselves as the last word in local news, seamlessly integrating in-depth reportage with exclusive entertainment news and robust sports coverage.

A Brief History

We were the pioneers to introduce a daily entertainment section, providing detailed and accurate news about the film, television, and web industry, making Hitlist a game-changer in daily journalism.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Ad Sales Executive to join our team on an immediate basis. If you're a sales enthusiast looking to enhance your pitching skills and increase your earnings, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients to offer their firm's advertising services
  • Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services effectively
  • Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
  • Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats, or features and provide samples of previous work for other clients
  • Be prepared to go on field meetings with clients and bring in potential clients to advertise on our paper.

What We Offer

  • An attractive salary range of ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the media industry, particularly print media

Work Environment

This role offers a flexible working schedule with regular working hours from 10am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday off, and located in Bandra (E).
