The position of Regional Head Sales Manager at CereOne Media Pvt Ltd offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the sales team in the South Market.

With a minimum 6 years of Digital Media Sales experience and around 1-2 years in Ad-tech/Programmatic company, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND AGENCIES TO RETAIN EXISTING CLIENTS, EXPAND THEIR WALLET SHARE, AND INCREASE REVENUE.
  • SETTING CLEAR GOALS AND OBJECTIVES TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH.
  • STRATEGIZING EFFORTS TOWARDS GOOD MARKET COVERAGE TO MAXIMIZE VISIBILITY FOR CEREONE OFFERINGS, GENERATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND FOSTER LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS.
  • MAPPING SALES METRICS LIKE NUMBER OF CALLS MADE BY THE SALES TEAM, PIPELINE MAINTENANCE & UPDATION HYGIENE, REVENUE FORECASTS, AND MARKET COVERAGE.
  • STAYING INFORMED ON INDUSTRY TRENDS AND MARKET DEVELOPMENTS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION, FOSTERING STRONG CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMWORK.
  • PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM AND SERVICE IN RESPONDING TO GENERAL AND CUSTOMIZED CLIENT REQUESTS.

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per annum.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have a proven track record of successfully generating business and high-performing teams.
