Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at ITP Media Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
  • Providing tailored advertising solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, and branded content.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations.
  • Prior experience as a profit centre head is desired.
  • Seasoned leadership skills with experience in complex industries or organizations in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of integrity and work ethic.
  • A good people manager who can ensure everyone is motivated.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates currently residing in Mumbai are preferred. Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, and network development are highly desirable.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹80-120 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
