Regional Account Growth Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Account Growth Lead to join our team at Equinox Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the hospitality sector, focusing on delivering turnkey solutions for commercial kitchens.
Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, manage key accounts, and foster long-term partnerships with clients. You will also oversee the successful execution of ongoing and prospective turnkey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financials, including sales forecasts, budgets, and project cost analysis. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
