Academic Leadership Role for Region Growth

Shemrock Group of Schools, a pioneer in the education sector in India, is seeking an experienced Headmistress to drive growth and excellence across its regional branches.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in curriculum development and educational program implementation. They should also have knowledge of pedagogical approaches and best practices, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.
As a full-time remote role, this position requires frequent travel across the region to visit branches, audit them, and train teachers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing educational programs that align with Shemrock's child-centered approach
- Leading regional teams to achieve academic excellence and growth
- Auditing and evaluating branch performance to identify areas for improvement
- Providing training and support to teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in educational administration or school management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of pedagogical approaches and best practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely
Salary Estimate: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
