Job Summary:
The Hiring Company, a leading recruitment marketplace, is seeking an experienced Sales Head to drive market development and strategic partnerships. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

The Hiring Company is India's first recruitment marketplace for the Blue and Grey collared job sector. We aim to make hiring a crowd activity, bridging the unemployment gap in India. In three years, we've provided employment opportunities to over 30,000 job seekers across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Development & Strategic Partnerships:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential partners and analyze industry trends.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for partnership acquisition.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target companies and organizations.
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of partnerships.

Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue streams within the blue-collar workforce solutions market.
- Proactively identify and qualify new client prospects, aligning their needs with company offerings.
- Partner with the Sales team to close deals and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in recruitment and staffing industry
- Thorough understanding of B2B post-sales process and sales environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary:
₹80 lakhs - ₹1 crore per annum.
