As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, resolving inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to address and escalate complex customer issues
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute ideas to optimize processes

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to empathize with clients and candidates, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Familiarity with the Staffing and Recruiting industry is a plus

Salary Information

The estimated monthly salary for this role is ₹25,000 - ₹40,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
