Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective engagement with potential customers.

Your primary objective will be to communicate the value proposition of our training and development solutions, highlighting the benefits and features that set us apart from the competition. You'll work closely with leads to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and support to ensure successful outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as a strong drive to learn and grow, are essential qualities for this position.

In addition to your sales acumen, you'll need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
