We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Boutique Sales Ambassador to join our team at Hostie - Boutique travel homes.

Hostie is a boutique travel homes company based in Gurugram, offering luxurious serviced apartments, palatial farmhouses, exquisite mountain homes, and unique vacation homes. Our vision is to create unforgettable travel experiences, and we pride ourselves on curated hospitality and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and promoting our unique travel homes in Gurugram. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Relationships: Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Site Tours and Presentations: Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase banquet and event facilities, highlighting features and amenities.
- Event Proposals: Collaborate with the operations and culinary team to create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets.
- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Client Database: Responsible for building and updating existing and prospective clients database.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry, with a focus on banquet and event space.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours
10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 6 days a week.
