We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Boutique Sales Ambassador to join our team at Hostie - Boutique travel homes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and promoting our unique travel homes in Gurugram. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Site Tours and Presentations: Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase banquet and event facilities, highlighting features and amenities.
  • Event Proposals: Collaborate with the operations and culinary team to create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Client Database: Responsible for building and updating existing and prospective clients database.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry, with a focus on banquet and event space.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours

10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 6 days a week.
