Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Strategist at Hostie. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. They will identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase banquet and event facilities, highlighting features and amenities
  • Collaborate with the operations and culinary team to create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies
  • Responsible for building and updating existing and prospective clients database
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry, with a focus on banquet and event space
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client events and meetings
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
