Executive Sales Strategist

We are seeking an Executive Sales Strategist to join our team at Hostie - Boutique travel homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase banquet and event facilities, highlighting features and amenities.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary team to create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry, with a focus on banquet and event space.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client events and meetings.
