Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative who can excel in lead generation, client outreach, relationship building, sales pitching, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand client needs, and tailor pitches to address their specific requirements, provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client engagement process.
  • Sales Pitching: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, showcase in-depth knowledge of our digital services and their benefits, negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities and results, analyze market trends and competitor activities, provide regular feedback to the management team on lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Strong data enrichment skills to gather detailed prospect information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pitch digital services effectively and close deals.
  • Analytical skills to track and report on sales performance.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during day shifts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
