Service Sales Director, Asia Pacific

PENTAX Medical Asia Pacific is a leading manufacturer of advanced endoscopy solutions. Our mission is to improve patient care and healthcare delivery by providing clinically relevant products to the medical community.
We are seeking an experienced Service Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of service-based sales strategies.
Role Overview:
The successful incumbent will report directly to the Service Director for Asia Pacific and will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive on-time contract conversions and warranty activations across the South Asian market.
- Convert inactive installed base to active status, resulting in increased revenue streams.
- Upsell Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMCs) to billable customers and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) holders.
- Double the annual value of active contracts within a two-year period, enhancing revenue and profitability.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of key accounts with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), ensuring aligned sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Life Science or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on service sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, driving sales teams towards targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, leveraging CRM software and analytics tools.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Estimated Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
