Telcovas Solutions & Services - Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our business growth in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing regional sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set ambitious sales goals and achieve profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives, leveraging your technical knowledge of Telcovas product portfolio.
  • Motivate and manage high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure sales strategies are aligned with marketing and product development efforts.
  • Built long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales objectives and exceed targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to expand our market presence.
  • Contribute to onboarding new clients across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Attend conferences, events, and seminars to present key products and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and share relevant market feedback.
  • Presentation of regular and accurate sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Post-graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and Graduate in electronics/telecommunication/IT /computer Science stream.
  • Strong experience in planning and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing team.
  • Knowledge of Telecom domain is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and regional language.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software.
