Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our Client Team Digital Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with business teams to achieve high levels of support, quality, and fitness of BCG's business data assets. This role involves defining and creating guidelines and approaches to ensure high-quality client data, as well as implementing standard enrichment tools and processes for all types of BCG users and audiences. Key priorities include continuous improvement of standard reporting processes, feedback and usability, operational support, and user acceptance testing of the CRM platform.
The Data Operations Specialist will be part of a small team of business analysts, data stewards, support analysts, and data researchers, working closely with product and change managers across functions. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a highly motivated team player attitude, and the ability to take initiative and find ways to get things done. Strong English oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to articulate and engage in conversations about complex technical and process-related topics. The candidate should also be able to lead initiatives independently, with clear guidelines and regular briefings, and make progress on multiple priorities simultaneously.
An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's university degree, with demonstrated high academic achievement. 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data reporting, data management and maintenance, data quality, functional support, query resolution, quality improvement, ideally within a professional services environment. Experience with databases and tools specifically CRM is required, and experience working with MS Dynamics 365 is an added advantage. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 are essential. Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organization is essential, and international travel may be required.
The Data Operations Specialist will be responsible for data quality management, data enrichment, data analysis and reporting, and collaboration and support. Key responsibilities will include defining and creating guidelines and approaches to ensure high-quality client data, implementing standard enrichment tools and processes, conducting analysis and data maintenance activities, and providing operational support and user acceptance testing of the CRM platform. The successful candidate will be a part of the Client Team Digital Operations, working closely with a small team of business analysts, data stewards, support analysts, and data researchers, along with product and change managers across functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Quality Management: Responsible for data quality, integrity, and usage across systems, user groups, and contact types.
- Data Enrichment: Overall manage the data workflows with other systems/enrichment tools integrated with CRM.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of regular and ad hoc business reports and business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaboration & Support: Manage a team of data researchers and external contractors to prioritize projects and data initiatives effectively.
