Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing data strategies, ensuring high-quality client data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data.
• Collaborate with data stewards and support analysts to identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Design and implement data enrichment processes to enhance client data with additional insights and augment existing data with third-party sources.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making, and create regular reports on data quality metrics and enrichment outcomes.
• Manage a team of data researchers and external contractors to prioritize projects and data initiatives effectively, and collaborate with product and change managers across functions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the individual must have the following technical and functional skills:
• A Bachelor's university degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, data reporting, data management & maintenance, data quality, functional support, query resolution, quality improvement, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Experience with databases and tools specifically CRM, with a strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organization, with international travel requirements.
