Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team at Proactive Data Systems Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for data analysis and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure the organization reaches its sales goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the sales funnel to ensure seamless customer engagement.

Maintain the CRM and other sales tools to optimize sales performance.

Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency.

Work with sales leadership to create cascade documents, minutes of meeting, and other essential sales materials.

Compile and produce sales reports, ad-hoc reports, and analysis on accounts as required in a timely and accurate manner.

Automate reporting and analysis processes whenever feasible to reduce manual effort.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mind, strong business acumen, and proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role.

They will have a strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team, analytical skills to interpret sales data, and the ability to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.

The candidate will be proactive, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and work well in matrix environments requiring collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation, BBA, or MBA degree.
