Job Overview
This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and maintaining the security of the hotel during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, including balancing and reconciling daily revenue and expense accounts
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other relevant departments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and financial procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including MS Office and hotel management systems
- Hospitality or accounting certification is a plus
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
