Mphasis is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our HR Operations team in Bangalore. With over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our service desk and HR operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our employees.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience as a people manager with a minimum of 8 direct reports under their supervision. You must also have hands-on experience in project management for the HR function and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone with expertise in data analytics and presentation using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, and Power BI. Additionally, you should have experience in managing helpdesk/HR operations/shared services for at least 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR Operations team in Bangalore
  • Manage our service desk and ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a people manager with 8+ direct reports
  • Hands-on experience in project management for HR functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in data analytics and presentation using advanced tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Power BI)
