Aspire Fertility Center: Full-Time Front Desk Team Member
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Aspire Fertility Center team as a front desk professional. This is a full-time role, with the possibility of shifts including evenings and weekends based on clinic hours.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in patient management or customer service. Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office is essential for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, ensuring a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, addressing inquiries and responding to concerns promptly.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirming and reminding patients via calls, texts, or emails.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the database as needed.
- Handle billing and payment collection for consultations and treatments.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering front desk supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality, healthcare management, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient management systems is advantageous.
