Job Title: Business Growth Strategist
Retail Trade & Forex Business Opportunities
The role of the Business Growth Strategist is to spearhead the expansion of Retail Trade & Forex business through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing partnerships to drive income delivery via effective partnership execution in the Retail Segment.
  • Selecting, documenting, negotiating, and initiating business relationships with partners.
  • Maintaining the health of business relationships from partners and ensuring timely business settlements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
  • Effective Channel Management Facets of Business.

Core Accountabilities:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Accountable for all control function interfacing including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
  • Driving business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
  • Responsible for driving initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Daily Dashboarding; creating engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
  • Bridging the gap between Partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.

People Management or Self-Management:
  • Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in the Retail segment.
  • Facilitating communication between the Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and taking corrective measures.
