Senior Channel Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our modern trade channel development.

  • Develop Business Strategies: Create and execute business plans to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility objectives in the modern trade channel.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with key modern trade partners, including retailers and distributors.
  • Negotiate Terms: Negotiate trade agreements, schemes, and marketing initiatives with modern trade partners.
  • Drive Execution: Ensure effective in-store execution through planograms, displays, and merchandising strategies.
  • Forecast and Analyze: Develop and maintain accurate stock forecasts, demand plans, and supply chain coordination to avoid stockouts. Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead a Team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/merchandisers for flawless ground-level execution.
  • Optimize Promotions: Track ROI of trade promotions and optimize spends for maximum impact.
