Vendor Partnership Management

As a key member of our team at ABM Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing our preferred vendor list, including the development of exit transition strategies as needed. This will involve scheduling performance reviews with major vendors and internal stakeholders to measure client satisfaction and service level agreements.

Vendor Relationship Management

You will play a key role in managing relationships with our TDS TS vendors, including participation in cross-functional and cross-business unit sourcing teams for negotiation efforts with suppliers. This will also involve taking a leadership role in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors, working with internal and external legal counsel and cross-functional areas to ensure contracts and agreements meet our company policies and standards.

Market Analysis and Vendor Development

You will be responsible for analyzing market trends in technology and IT service delivery, and developing and directing relationships with strategic technology vendors. This will involve identifying areas of the vendor relationship that require coaching and development, and coordinating with GTI tower executives globally, APAC GTI tower executives, sourcing, and finance teams to ensure the appropriate level of oversight is in place and vendors are meeting business and contractual requirements.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

You will be responsible for performing ongoing steady-state monitoring tasks, including performance scorecard and SLA reporting and monitoring, combined criticality classification renewals, financial viability assessment renewals, contract monitoring, and maintaining exit and business resiliency plan details.
