About the Role:
The Deal Desk Manager position requires a seasoned sales professional who can navigate complex deal structures and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a key member of the sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline deal processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to optimize sales deals
- Develop and maintain standardized processes and tools for deal structuring, approval workflows, and quote-to-cash processes
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
