Your Role and Responsibilities
- Develop a consultative sales approach to focus on customer discovery, need analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure through customer interactions.
- Build and manage sales pipelines through sales cadences and follow-ups to achieve revenue targets, earning attractive incentives in the process.
- Stay proactive about the competition to build or improve sales strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the Support, Product Management, and Marketing team to ensure customer feedback is heard and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Mentor and coach new team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills.
- Be the voice of the customer, putting forth suggestions for new features and improvements through client interactions.
- Coordinate with the Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and growth campaigns.
- Build strong customer relationships by connecting with existing customers as their web advisor and helping them achieve their business goals.
- Pursue projects and initiatives that benefit the sales team, coming up with campaign ideas and taking on tasks that drive growth.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- You must be a graduate from any stream.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in the Indian market, preferably in SaaS, retail, customer service, education, or other related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers and peers.
- You must be a quick learner with an inquisitive mind and a desire to outperform.
- Interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on a pre-defined roster and collaborate with the team.
- Desire and passion for growth, learning, and development.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving goals.
