
US Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expansion in the US region.
This is an individual contributor role requiring a proven track record in IT services sales, with a strong focus on developing and executing regional strategies for success.
The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with C-level executives, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships within the US market.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the US.
- Identifying new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery and project success.
- Providing regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and team performance to senior leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing IT services sales operations, particularly in inside sales roles.
- Strong solution-based sales approach with a proven ability to work effectively with C-level executives.
- In-depth knowledge of IT services, including Devops and Agile practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with market trends and customer needs specific to the US region.
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects and solution implementations.
