
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious business development professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business clients, managing existing client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
\This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
\Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach corporates, hotels, wedding planners, and event companies for bulk gifting opportunities.\
- Share product catalogues, pitch Sashays' offerings, and follow up regularly with decision makers.\
- Generate new leads daily through various channels, including calls, networking, and exhibitions.\
- Maintain accurate lead sheets using Google Sheets or a CRM system.\
- Support in updating product catalogues and coordinating with production/packing teams for B2B orders.\
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.\
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
- Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.\
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.\
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development and sales.\
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
