Business Management Professional

MUFG Bank is seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Management professional to join its Global Corporate & Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build partnerships and manage multiple complex projects.

  • Strategic:
    • Support Head of GCIB in developing business strategy and implement global and/or regional initiatives.
  • Financial / KPI / KRI:
    • Monitor department's financial performance and assess against projected targets.
    • Support Head and Directors/Team Leads to achieve financial/KPI/KRI targets.
  • Customer:
    • Develop strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MGS/MUFG and externally.
    • Work closely with overseas onshore branches and Head Office to promote business growth for GCIB.
  • People:
    • Act as role model to team members and adhere to all company policies/guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic: Develop business strategy and implement global and/or regional initiatives.

Financial/KPI/KRI: Monitor department's financial performance and support Head and Directors/Team Leads to achieve targets.

Customer: Develop strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders and promote business growth.

People: Act as role model and ensure adherence to company policies/guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in reporting/business management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Capable of developing presentation materials for internal/external senior stakeholders.
