About this role:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies to foster loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer data to gain insights into market trends and consumer behavior.
- Effectively manage CRM software to streamline communication and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and achieve business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Work closely with project management to drive continuous improvement and enhance business performance.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Experience in sales and market segmentation with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools, including WebEngage and MoEngage.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
