Job Title:

  • Account Expansion Strategist

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will help customers develop success plans outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, providing guidance in achieving these objectives.

The selected individual will be responsible for measuring customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and reporting those both internally and externally. Additionally, they will collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
