About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and target potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
