Business Development Executive
to join our Surat team and bring in new clients.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing D2C/e-commerce brand owners and startups who are looking to grow their online business with performance marketing. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the
D2C & e-commerce sector
(existing brands and startups). - Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Pitch Growvertix services (performance marketing, UGC content, social media marketing, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with internal marketing/media buying teams to align proposals with client needs.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and provide regular sales reports.
- Represent Growvertix as a trusted growth partner for e-commerce brands.
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA/Marketing background preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience
in business development/client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & e-commerce ecosystem.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a startup-like culture.
- Must be based in
Surat
or willing to relocate.
What We Offer
- Fixed salary ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives.
