Gopinath Textile is a reputed name in the textile industry, delivering high-quality fabrics and products. To strengthen our online presence, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive who can manage and grow our digital sales channels.

Role Overview

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, handling online portals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
  • Upload accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/warehouse teams.
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and order fulfillment.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Run online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in e-commerce operations (textiles/fashion preferred).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with online marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month.
