We are a fast-growing jewelry brand based in New York, committed to delivering exquisite designs with exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our team and help manage and grow our online presence.

Role Description

Manage and update our Shopify website and applications.

Handle product uploads, pricing, inventory, and order management.

Ensure smooth end-to-end operations of the e-commerce store.

Coordinate with the design, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.

Respond to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Monitor website performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

Generate daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Shopify app and website management.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and online store handling.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in the fashion/jewelry sector.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and product listing optimization.
  • Knowledge of customer service and order fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with good problem-solving skills.
