Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Operations Executive
to manage and optimize our
B2B online sales operations
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our e-commerce platforms, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help drive operational efficiency across the B2B customer journey—from order placement to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform & Product Management
- Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and content on the B2B e-commerce platform (including catalog updates, stock levels, and promotions).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all online channels.
- Coordinate with the product and marketing teams for new launches and content updates.
2. Order & Fulfillment Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process—order entry, processing, fulfillment, and delivery tracking.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely dispatch and accurate invoicing.
- Monitor order accuracy and resolve operational issues, returns, or discrepancies promptly.
3. Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Work closely with third-party service providers (logistics, warehousing, payment gateways, etc.) to maintain service-level performance.
- Support onboarding and management of B2B clients and suppliers on the e-commerce platform.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze key operational metrics such as order volume, delivery times, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
5. Process Optimization
- Identify and implement automation or workflow improvements in the e-commerce operations process.
- Support system integrations and ERP synchronization for seamless data flow between platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a
B2B environment
. - Strong understanding of order management systems, ERP platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with data and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
