
E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and inventory) on Amazon, eBay, and other portals.
- Monitor and manage daily orders, returns, and cancellations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain a high seller rating and customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales performance, generating reports on marketplace trends, product performance, and competition.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to maintain accurate stock levels and smooth order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve product ranking, conversion rate, and overall sales growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and listing optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Seller Central (Amazon), and eBay Seller Hub.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PPC campaigns, sponsored ads, or product promotions on marketplaces.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing tools.
- Knowledge of after-sales service, return management, and feedback systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
