Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and images on Nykaa, Flipkart, and other portals.
  • Manage product catalog accuracy, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment and timely dispatch.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, returns, and stock movement.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
  • Track performance metrics (sales, ratings, reviews) and prepare weekly reports.
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback via online portals.
  • Maintain strong communication with marketplace account managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (especially Nykaa / Flipkart ).
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Office, and marketplace portals).
  • Good understanding of online retail, pricing strategies, and product visibility.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
