Job Title: Software Onboarding Specialist

Must have: SaaS-based industry experience, remote work capability, and 10-20% travel requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Take over customer relationships post-sales contract signing.
  • Coordinate setup requirements internally and with customers.
  • Complete software setup and onboard customers successfully.
  • Provide training to customers and hand over to customer support teams.
  • Maintain regular customer relationships, brief on new features, and cross-sell/up-sell.
  • Responsible for contract renewals and owning overall client relationships.
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success/account management roles.
  • SaaS company experience in any role/discipline.
  • Software setup training and customer onboarding experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, G Suite, and CRM tools like Hubspot/Salesforce.
  • Prior project management experience and ability to use modern project management tools.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday, Basecamp, Airtable, and customer support tools like Zendesk/Freshdesk.
  • Self-starter, disciplined, and organized with analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Preferred prior experience in sales or achieving KRAs.
  • Associate degree or equivalent.
