Petrochemicals Business Development Lead

Establish a leading business development function for the petrochemical and oil industries, leveraging expertise in upstream operations, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust mergers and acquisitions strategy, identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities globally.
  • Build and maintain a global network of key stakeholders in the petrochemical and oil sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute deals smoothly and align expansion strategies with overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or strategy in petrochemicals/oil & gas sector.
  • Proven track record of deal-making, especially with international assets or companies.
  • Deep understanding of upstream oil & gas operations and rig operations.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential. An MBA or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
