Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Business Partner to lead and manage our presales activities for the US region.
This role will be responsible for pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement, ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals. You will partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all presales activities for the US region
- Own end-to-end RFP/RFI management, ensuring timely and compelling proposals
- Partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop account strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies
- Proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal development
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling presales teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services
- Strong exposure to global clients (preferably US market)
- Demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth
