Strategic Sales Enabler for EdTech Growth

About the RoleWe seek a highly motivated Strategic Sales Enabler to join our team. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with our founder to develop effective GTM strategies, identify lucrative sales opportunities, and enhance AlgoUniversity's brand presence.
- You will engage proactively with prospective learners, identifying potential prospects and developing targeted sales enablement resources.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, prospecting scripts, sales playbooks, persona profiles, and more.
- Assist in market research and data collection, conducting need-based customer segmentation analysis.
- Communicate effectively with leads through various channels, ensuring timely priming and conversion.
- Monitor your performance regularly, tracking essential metrics like conversion rates, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar domain.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to deliver compelling elevator pitches.
- Prior experience in sales enablement and/or sales training.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, anticipating growing sales needs and learner requirements.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in education, business, or a related field.
- A willingness to mentor and contribute to AlgoUniversity's growth.
If you have prior experience in the edtech sector, especially in selling consumer-facing products, that would be a significant advantage.
