Your role will be pivotal in driving the expansion of our wedding services business. As a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in high-ticket item sales, you'll develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

A strong analytical mind is essential, as you'll analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Your ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team will be crucial in achieving our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Oversee the sales process, monitor performance, and implement improvements

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of B2C sales experience in large ticket sizes
  • Experience in building marketplaces and leading a sales team of at least 50 people
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver $5M ARR or more in revenue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Availability to travel as needed

In this role, you'll experience rapid growth, with Series B and C funding expected within 24 months. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's decisions alongside founders and business leaders.
