Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure them.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and attract top talent for our clients' requirements.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, setting the pace for our team's success.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, specifically in staff augmentation or recruitment consulting.
  • A proven track record of successfully hunting new clients and managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum) and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
