Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Strategic IT Staff Augmentation Lead to join our team at TekIT Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique IT staffing needs and business objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and successful contract closure.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development within the IT Staffing & Augmentation industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
