Fincity is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead sales efforts. This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present property offers to sellers for consideration, navigating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Develop comprehensive lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features.
  • Promote sales of properties through targeted advertising campaigns, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 1-2 years' of sales experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
